Reservations

We have a flexible policy on rates according to requirements and seasonal demands. Our standard rates are as follows:

• The entire villa is for two adults at 30 USD for bookings under 07 days duration.
• The entire villa for less than 3-6 adults at 50 USD for bookings under 07 days duration.
• The entire villa is for 7-12 adults at 70 USD, for bookings under 07 days duration.
• Double Room for two adults at 130 USD Full Board, for bookings over 07 days duration.
• Double Room for two adults at 90 USD Bed and Breakfast, for bookings over 07 days duration.
• The rates for bookings over 7 days and all other reservations are negotiable.
• Sri Lankan holidaymakers are requested to write to us, indicating their specific requests.

Guests who intend to engage in creative writing or are on honeymoon and those who are searching for a quiet retreat for a long holiday will receive special discounts on a case-by-case basis.

Reservation Policy

1. Special rates are determined by the Management and please write to stay@sithruvilla.lk, +94 71 558 2000 WhatsApp, or +94 71 733 3288 mobile.
2. To confirm the reservation, a 50% deposit is required. Balance payment is to be made at the time of check-in by cash or bank transfer.
3. The minimum stay is one night.
4. Check-in time is flexible, and the check-out time is 10.00 AM

Payment

1. If a reservation is cancelled 24 hours before the planned arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of LKR 5000.00.
2. Alternatively, we will change the date according to your choice depending on availability. However, we do not guarantee the availability. We will make every endeavor to accommodate all reasonable requests.
3. The Villa account does not accept bank charges incurred due to bookings.
