Welcome to SithRu Villa. By making a reservation, accessing our website, or staying at our property, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Reservations & Bookings<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.<\/li>
  • Bookings can be made directly through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or third-party platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda.<\/li>
  • Guest details provided at the time of booking must be accurate and complete.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t

    2. Check-in & Check-out<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    • Check-in time: From 2:00 PM<\/li>
    • Check-out time: By 10:00 AM<\/li>
    • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      3. Payment Policy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      • Payment terms (advance payment, deposits, or full payment) may vary depending on the booking platform or season.<\/li>
      • Any additional services such as meals, BBQ, or special requests must be paid for separately unless included in the booking.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        4. Cancellation & No-Show<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
        • Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking source (direct booking or third-party platforms).<\/li>
        • For direct bookings, cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of reservation (Please refer Reservations page).<\/li>
        • No-shows may be charged the full booking amount.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t

          5. Occupancy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
          • The villa accommodates a maximum of 12 guests.<\/li>
          • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.<\/li>
          • Visitors are not permitted without prior approval from management.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t

            6. House Rules<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
            • Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Designated outdoor areas may be used.<\/li>
            • Guests are expected to maintain a respectful noise level, especially during late hours.<\/li>
            • Any damage to property, furniture, or equipment will be charged to the guest.<\/li>
            • Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is granted.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t

              7. Meals & Services<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
              • Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and customized meals are available upon prior request.<\/li>
              • Meal orders must be placed in advance.<\/li>
              • Our chef specializes in Sri Lankan and Chinese cuisine.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t\t

                8. Laundry & Facilities<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
                • Laundry facilities include a washing machine and sun-drying area.<\/li>
                • Guests use all facilities at their own risk. SithRu Villa is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                  \n\t\t\t\t\t

                  9. BBQ & Entertainment Areas<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                  \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
                  • BBQ and entertainment facilities are available for guest use.<\/li>
                  • Guests are responsible for safe usage and cleanliness after use.<\/li>
                  • Any damages caused will be charged accordingly.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                    \n\t\t\t\t\t

                    10. CCTV & Security<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
                    • For safety and security, CCTV cameras operate in selected common and outdoor areas only.<\/li>
                    • No cameras are installed in private areas such as bedrooms or bathrooms.<\/li>
                    • Footage is used strictly for security purposes.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                      \n\t\t\t\t\t

                      11. Liability<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
                      • SithRu Villa is not liable for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.<\/li>
                      • Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of accompanying children.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                        12. Force Majeure<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                        • SithRu Villa shall not be held responsible for cancellations or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or unforeseen circumstances.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
